2026 Elders & Youth Conference Student Applications Open

OHNC is accepting applications from shareholders and descendants in grades 7-12 interested in attending the 2026 First Alaskans Institute Elders & Youth Conference.

The conference will take place October 18-21, 2026, at the Dena’ina Civic and Convention Center in Anchorage, Alaska. Selected participants will receive transportation, lodging, meals, and chaperone support.

The application deadline is Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Alaska time.

Interested students and families can learn more about the Elders & Youth Conference here. The conference is held immediately before the Alaska Federation of Natives (AFN) Convention, taking place October 22-24, 2026, in Anchorage. Learn more about the AFN Convention here.
