Flo O'Brien

Flo serves as the Anchorage Office Receptionist, managing the front desk and supporting daily operations with a strong focus on organization and customer service. She answers the main line and assists with shareholder relations and events, taking pride in being a welcoming and reliable first point of contact.

Flo grew up in Nenana, Alaska, with her mother, Lily O’Brien, and her late father, Matthew O’Brien Jr. of Beaver, Alaska, alongside her eight siblings. Coming from a close-knit community and large family, she values strong relationships, communication, and supporting others, qualities she brings into her work each day. After primarily practicing Gwich’in traditions while growing up, she is now working to deepen her connection to her roots and values the role of culture in strengthening community.

She looks forward to continuing her professional growth while strengthening her cultural ties and supporting the communities she serves.
