Dave Jarrett is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operational Officer for Old Harbor Native Corporation. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer and brings a diverse and balanced background in finance and operations to the Old Harbor family of companies. In addition Jarrett is the CEO of Old Harbor’s subsidiary Denali Properties which owns two full-service hotels in Denali Alaska.
Jarrett’s career with Old Harbor began in 2005 as the Director of Finance. Since that time, Jarrett has served on numerous subsidiary boards and has been responsible for the execution of Old Harbor’s growth strategy including mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Old Harbor Mr. Jarrett worked for an ANC 8(a) qualified construction company where he created a FAR compliant accounting system and routine reporting systems that were later implemented by the parent company for their consolidated reporting.
Mr. Jarrett graduated from Southern Utah University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) and a Masters of Accountancy (MAcc) in May 2000, and is currently licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) in the State of Alaska having served two years working for a large multi-national accounting firm.
